Tereza Plíštilová

Tereza Plíštilová is currently a Ph.D. student at the Department of International Relations at Charles University. In her master’s studies, she was focusing on the Israel Defense Forces’ social media campaign and their construction of narratives during the Gaza protests. As part of her research, she spent a semester at Tel Aviv University in Israel and attended Hebrew language school at Haifa University. Her doctoral dissertation examines protest movements in the Middle East after the Arab Spring and their visibility in the media. More broadly her academic interest lays in contemporary politics and society in the Middle East.
