Erasmus IPS + matching simulation
Dear students,
We would like to inform you about the opportunities to apply for Erasmus+ study stays for the academic year 2025/2026.
The conditions of the selection procedure are regulated by the current FSV decree, which can be found at this link: The Erasmus+ 2025/2026 Decree. Detailed information about the programme and applications is available on the faculty website. The current list of partner universities is published on the FSV UK website.
Submission of applications:
- Applications for the academic year 2025/2026 are to be submitted exclusively electronically via WebApps: https://is.cuni.cz/webapps.
- Your login details are identical to your SIS access.
- Each student can submit a maximum of 3 applications.
Application requirements:
- After submitting in WebApps, students print the application form, sign it and manually fill in the following information on the first page:
(a) University preferences (numerically indicate the order: number 1 as the highest priority).
b) Students in the third or final year of their Bachelor's degree will indicate whether they intend to travel as a Bachelor (BA) or Master (MA) student in the next academic year.
- Scan the application form together with a CV, a motivation letter and proof of language of study (in that order) into a single pdf file with the title in the following format: SURNAME_NAME_ERASMUS.pdf
- Please indicate ERASMUS 25/26 in the subject line of the email.
- Send this file to all the institutes you are applying through. If you are applying through more than one institute, send the same file to the email addresses of those institutes. For applications submitted through IPS, use the email: erasmus-ips@fsv.cuni.cz.
Selection procedure:
The selection process will take place in February. The filling of vacancies will be based on the results of the evaluation of the applications received.
IPS Matching simulation for university selection:
In order to make it easier for you to decide which university to choose, we have prepared an indicative set for simulating the allocation of places in cooperation with the Politologický klub FSV UK. This document will allow you to better estimate the chances of admission to your preferred university. Access to this file is only possible with a faculty email. Please read the instructions for using the spreadsheet carefully. We recommend that you submit three applications to increase your likelihood of admission.
If you are unsure, please contact the IPS Coordinator, Malvina Krausz Hladka, PhD (hladka@fsv.cuni.cz). We wish you every success in your application process!
