About the lecturer:

Dr. Weronika Kałwak is a social and health psychologist whose research examines the psychological effects of climate change on mental health and well-being in the Global North, especially in Central Europe. She is interested in discussions about eco-emotions and the experiences of vulnerable groups, such as young people and environmental activists. In her work, she uses a range of qualitative methods, including interviews and ethnography. She is particularly eager to explore how these methods can be applied in unconventional areas like cognitive science and research-and-development studies.
