Discussion of populism

Dear students, dear students,

We would like to invite you to the discussion "Populism as a Threat to Liberal Democracy", which will take place on 8th March at 17.00 in the IPS campus (Pekařská 16, Prague 5), room 105. American historian Christian Peterson from Ferris State University, Italian political scientist Mattia Collini working at IPS FSV UK and Czech political scientist Martin Mejstřík from IMS FSV UK will discuss the various roots and forms of populism in selected European countries and in the USA. The moderator will be doc. Petra Guasti from IPS FSV UK.

The working language will be English. The event is organized by the American Center and the Institute of Political Studies FSV UK.
